Strategic Planning 2023

For this years annual Strategic Planning Meeting, the venue selected was Rudding Park..

A truly outstanding location for us to visit for this event.

The group spent two full days discussing the results achieved by the teams over the past year, covering all sourcing areas and destinations. Also whilst developing new budgets, strategies plans and setting new targets department by department for the year ahead.

The days were long and required a lot of brain power, which made sleeping in the very comfortable beds, waking up to fantastic views and enjoying a delicious breakfast feel very well earned.

All who went was treated to a special private 3 course meal in the Library within the hotel. It was nice to see so many of the team enjoying an evening together which all went smoothly until Spencer took charge of the cocktail menu and Michael got out the Tequila Rose – What happened next stays at Rudding Park…..
