A fun-filled team building day at Tickton Grange

On Friday 5th July, our team gathered at Tickton Grange for the Crystal Challenge – an unforgettable team-building event organised by Goto Events. The day was filled with fun, laughter and a healthy dose of competition!

As the teams assembled, it was clear some were taking it more seriously than others, with the males turning up looking ready for sports day. The teams, each consisting of seven people from different departments were announced and the rivalries began to form.

The teams went head-to-head in a series of eight challenges designed to test our mental, physical and teamwork abilities.

After the crystals were counted, the top three teams were announced and given the opportunity to take on the crystal maze. The goal was to collect as many gold tickets as possible, with each person employing different (sometimes questionable) strategies.

A mix-up between first and second place led to some confusion, but ultimately, the gold medals were awarded to the winning team. Team leader John celebrated in style by spraying his team with a bottle of fizz!

Following the competition, we enjoyed a delicious chef's BBQ in the open barn.

The afternoon was a fantastic success, filled with great memories and stronger team connections. Here's to many more events like this one!
